State of the Markets

Today’s rally was short of impressive. Market leaders and volume were no where to be found. Nasdaq and NYSE volume failed to crack the 2 bil share level.
What to look for:
Action in the next few days. I’d like to see another follow up rally with stronger volume. Time frame, next 3-7 trading days. If we see another distribution day, time to take profits and look for shorts.
Yield curve is inverted, look for the economy to hit a snag for 6-8 mos. We’ll hit bottom in October as seen in the past.
