Friday Recap
The markets slid significantly, fears about rates could be blamed for the
decline. Does this matter, no!! Why? Wasn’t a distrbution day, volume came in
lighter than prior day,. Breadth was bad…althought new highs continued to
outpace new lows by a better than 3 to 1 pace. Lower volume coupled with new
highs does not make think this market should be sold.
AAII bull/bear index split significantly…Bulls jumped to 47.7 while bears left
camped and dropped to 23.26. Nothing too exciting there, if the bull index
came in above 50 there may be a hint of being worried…
Overall, we’ll continue to be in the bull market.
