I am adding to where I believe buy points should be on my following list.  If we do get a follow through, then normal positioning should be taken.  If we do not get a follow through but anyone of these breaks through my buy point it should be done so as a small position.  We have remember that 3 out of 4 stocks will follow the market trend.  We can’t risk a lot capital in this type of environment.
