Bears are still kings

AAII weekly Bull/Bear indexes were released showing Bears are still more
abundant that Bulls. Bear index 47 and bull is at 31. They aren’t at extreme
levels at the moment, I look for the bears to gain more membership in the coming
weeks. I am thinking not till December Bulls will regain their Top Dog status.
