Markets fall, HARD on volume

Watch for the market to close below recent lows.

Again, if you haven’t raised cash I’d do so now.

Happy Trading,

Just want to hear your comments on Wednesday’s rally. I heard about a double bottom which sent the indexes up near noon… Dow moved about 200 points. It was like clockwork.

Do you think the bulls are making an impressive fight or did we see the short-covering flame ignited by buying programs?

When do you start opening longs? I don’t like calling tops, nor bottoms, so at what point do you buy this dip?

For me, I think everything is noise until Monday. Too much stuff happening on Friday.

    Thanks,
    Gio

Not terribly impressed Gio. Volume was higher but New Lows outpaced New Highs. Not too mention Volume at a double bottom should be higher than the previous bottom.

Even today March 15th at 12:55pmEST the markets are higher but on such extremely low volume…lows still outpacing highs…same ole story here. Dead-cat bounce will continue to live a bit longer!
