Can I beat this one to death or what? Quite frankly I can and will. It is not often we get to see a run up like this all that often. I’ve spoken about exhaustion gaps before, where the price gaps higher at the open only to close lower on larger volume.
I’ve outlined the exhaustion gap here…
I would definitely be looking to short CAF here. There are no options on the closed end fund. So, we can not play with puts. Look at the CAF chart here, clearing showing an exhaustion gap one day before the index put one in!
