Comparing the 2000 run of the NASDAQ and Shanghai Composite

Think you have gotten info from me about the Shanghai Composite index?
Lets take a look at the two indexes:
Take a close look at the following two Charts. Notice the moves each index has made. We know how the NASDAQ market of 2000 with 3/10/00 being the absolute top. Notice volume as well, as the new highs hit at the end volume did not follow.

Here we go with the SHANGHAI!

Now, I don’t call tops just point out where we may see one. The Shanghai Composite just flashed a third day of distribution. Seen here:

What this shows here is that professional selling is starting to hit this market. After the 2/27 drop investors are confident they can now buy the dips. Only setting up for disaster for those who will believe that the market can go higher.
