What to watch this week

The first thing to look out for is a follow-through day in the market. One index must be higher by 1.7% along with volume being greater than the day before. All Bull markets have had a follow-through day but not all follow-through days lead to a Bull market. A follow-through day will give us the signal to start picking away at new long positions but, until then, we must continue to stay on the sidelines.
We must be watching leading stocks whether or not we get a follow-through. Stocks like:
BIDU
GOOG
AAPL
RIMM
I will be paying close attention to their actions around their key support areas.
As this will be the week before Labor Day I do not expect the market to be filled with volume. Look for volume to be on the light side as many are probably on vacation. Best of luck!
