Stocks Show Signs of Life

The market simply can not escape news surrounding subprime and housing. Fannie Mae continues its bloody decline, best to step aside. Comments made by Paulson after the US market close, more foreclosures are to come have overseas market spooked. As I write this Futures are down roughly 1%. At any rate, volume swelled across the board as stocks saw accumulation. We haven’t seen the peak of the subprime mess, there will be at least one more unexpected news event. Price and volume action, outside of yesterday have shown that the path of least resistance is clearly down.
My hope is that most of the readers of this blog have raised significant cash. Start building a watch list of stocks that are weathering this storm with great growth numbers.
We may be waiting a long time.
Watch for the Global Expansion to show signs of cracks if the US continues its decline.
