Stocks Slide Again, Institutions Staying Away

Traders did their best to keep stocks in positive territory Friday but there wasn’t enough interest on the upside. Institutional bulls were mainly on the sidelines, unwilling to step into the market before the Quarter end. Although volume was lower, the lack of accumulation after the most recent follow through only increases the likelihood we return and set new lows.
