Stocks Find Life but Quickly Fade into Close
Filed Under Market Commentary |
Stocks found new life as HOPE crept back into the market. A dangerous emotion for traders and investors a like. Hope never ends up making you money, only losing it. Stocks finished nearly flat on the day while the NASDAQ finished lower on lighter trade. NYSE volume did pick up however, it came on a flat day where stocks saw intraday reversals from their highs.
I suspect we’ll see the big boys step up to the plate soon. It certainly seems as if they are completely content to stay on the sidelines. FOMC minutes will be released today, that should kick up some dust on Wall Street.
Unfortunately, yesterday from 330amEST I was in the ER with my son. Nothing too serious but he has a condition we can not keep under control. I hope I can get some time to take a look at some charts here soon.
Be Well!
