Monday’s trade was as expected, low volume.  It is quite clear the big institutional players are sitting on their hands on the sidelines.  Last Thursday we did see some elephants enter the room however, they have taken the prior two trading sessions off.  I can not blame them as there is uncertainty surrounding tomorrow’s GDP #s and FOMC meeting.  Regardless of my or anyone’s opinion, no one knows what the GDP numbers will be tomorrow. 

Some good news PWRD cleared 27.48 with volume.  VISN and VIT continue to have nice price and volume action. 

Not much else to get out of Monday’s action.  Just continue to keep cash heavy and looking for fresh breakouts.
